Retirement of the Mortgage Celebration
On Sunday, July 31, 2011 we celebrated the retirement of our mortgage, for the extension we built that accommodates the pastor’s office and the child-care wing. We had a little litany after the sermon that Sunday and "burned" (shredded) the mortgage. We celebrated with a potluck coffee hour after the service.
